🐕 The Story Behind 1me

1me is a one-person passion project built by a gamer, deal hunter, and collector who got tired of checking six different sites just to find out if a game was worth buying — and where to get the best price.

The name? Named after Meeshka — a brindle rescue Korean Jindo with 19 toes (yes, really) and extremely expensive taste in dog food. She's the mascot, the motivation, and the reason there's a hat on the logo.

What started as a personal tool to track deals and collections has grown into something bigger:

🐾 What Exactly Is a Korean Jindo?

A Jindo is essentially a ninja trapped in a dog's body: intensely loyal, ridiculously smart, and convinced they are the CEO of your household. In short, owning a Jindo isn't having a pet — it's co-existing with a very fluffy, very smart landlord.

🐕The "One Person" Delusion: They will adore you, but only after you've passed a 3-year trial period of rigorous, undisclosed testing. Everyone else is just "the person who doesn't feed me."
👀They Don't Bark, They Judge: A Jindo rarely barks without reason. Instead, they will stare at you with intense, calculating eyes, silently judging why you are wearing socks with sandals.
